A file I'm downloading has about 35 seeds and 6000 peers. The comments on the page are of everyone getting to the same amount and getting stuck. I set up torguard viscosity vpn for win7 and also use torrent proxy set up within uTorrent. All was working fine for weeks up untill two days ago. Torguard VPN is connecting just fine and im able to browse web etc.. just utorrent fails to connect to peers etc. 3. A new window pops up. Choose the uTorrent program and press OK. Important: do not close ipleak website. 4. uTorrent will open automatically and Magnet Tracking Link starts synchronizing. 5. While the file is connecting to peer return to the ipleak website. A new IP address, the one that you chose, appears. May 07, 2014 · it always says "connecting to peers 0.0%" i have not encountered this since i have been using utorrent what id did was: tried utorrent using the internet at my old apartment torrent is downloading (nevermind the speed) from connecting to peers 0.0% to downloading 0.1% and so on but, trying the internet from my new apartment, damn utorrent connecting to peers!!! I checked the peers I have for the torrents, most of my torrents have an oddly low number of peers now, either 0 or just 2-3. Make sure that checking those numbers in your torrent client is the first thing you do.

Jan 31, 2016 · I'm having the same problem. Availability says 7.000, but three of my trackers say 'not allowed'. And again, download stuck on 'connecting to peers 0.0%'. Sorry for not being helpful, I just wanted to find a solution too, by following this thread.
Jan 25, 2008 · Remember that each peer themselves is someone else running their own torrent client, they could be maxed out on connections or bandwidth so you're just queued up to try connecting to them later.
